Tiramisu parfait with Plazma

Crunchy layer:
160 g Ground Plazma
6 tablespoons hot strong black coffee
1 tablespoon Kahlua liqueur
1 tablespoon sugar
Creamy layer:
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sweet dessert wine (e.g. Marsala or Bermet)
60 g sugar
125 ml whipping cream
250 g mascarpone cheese
Decoration:
cocoa
dark chocolate
1. Step
Pour water into a large pot and put it on the stove to boil.
2. Step
In a metal bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and the dessert wine, then place the bowl over the pot and mix gently with a whisk or mixer for 5-8 minutes until the mass doubles in volume. Remove from heat and leave to cool for about 10 minutes.
3. Step
After that, add mascarpone cheese and mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the cooled whipping cream, then add it to the mascarpone cheese mixture and combine everything.
4. Step
Pour the hot black coffee into a cup, add sugar and liqueur, then mix and pour it over Ground Plazma that you previously poured into another container.
5. Step
Mix until the mixture starts to resemble wet sand.
6. Step
Take 4 large glasses and alternately arrange the crispy and then the creamy layer in each one.
7. Step
Store the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
8. Step
Before serving, sprinkle it with cocoa and decorate with grated dark chocolate.
