Cheesecake in a Glass
Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 15 min.
Size: 4
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
30 g butter
100 g of Ground Plazma
250 ml of sweet-sour cream
250 g full fat cream cheese
65 g of sugar
40 g sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoons of vanilla flavour
250 g of strawberries
Decoration:
200 ml of sweet-sour cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1. Step
Prepare deep glasses in which to stack the cheesecake.
2. Step
Melt the butter over medium heat, then add it to Ground Plazma. Stir to a crumbly mixture. It should not be moist as for a classic cheesecake. Distribute the mixture of biscuits evenly in 4 servings.
3. Step
Beat the sweet-sour cream into the whipped cream. Separately slowly whip the cream cheese, then add the sugar, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix at a lower speed just to conjoin.
4. Step
Add the whipped sweet cream and join all together.
5. Step
Cut the strawberries into slices 2-3 mm thick. Carefully arrange the slices in cups by sticking them to glass. Spoon the cheese mixture into glasses, taking care not to move the strawberry slices.
6. Step
Beat in the sweet-sour cream with the powdered sugar. Apply over the cheese mixture using a dressing bag. Additionally, garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon balm leaves.
