Rice pudding with crispy Plazma and peanuts
Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 1 h
Size: 4
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
Syrup:
75 g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
125 ml whipping cream
1 tablespoon of chocolate liqueur
Nougat:
200 g Ground Plazma
150 g crushed roasted salted peanuts
200 g sugar
Rice pudding:
160 g short-grain rice
1 l milk
100 g sugar
1. Step
Pour whipping cream into a pan and heat it until it almost boils (it must not boil). Remove the pan from the heat, add the dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and forms a smooth, even mixture.
2. Step
Finally, add the chocolate liqueur and mix everything well, then leave the syrup to cool.
3. Step
In another saucepan with a thicker bottom, pour the sugar and put it over low heat so that it melts.
4. Step
Prepare the plate on which you will be placing the mixture by coating it with oil.
5. Step
When the sugar has completely melted, add Ground Plazma and peanuts and mix everything well, then transfer to the previously prepared plate. Allow the mixture to cool completely and harden so that you can break it into pieces later (in a mortar or with the help of a rolling pin and a cloth).
6. Step
Pour the milk and rice into a third pot and let it cook over low heat until the rice is soft and most of the milk has evaporated. Add the sugar and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pan from the heat.
7. Step
In deep glasses, arrange a layer of chocolate syrup, a layer of rice pudding, a thicker layer of nougat, then again a layer of rice pudding, a layer of chocolate syrup and finally a layer of nougat.
8. Step
Your dessert is ready!
