Chocolate Plazma cake

350 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
180 g butter
6 eggs
200 g brown sugar
60 ml white rum
100 g Ground Plazma
Decoration:
300 ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee (granulated, no need to dissolve)
250 g fresh raspberries
Fresh mint leaves
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Mix chocolate and butter in a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Beat eggs, sugar, rum and Plazma with an electric mixer in a separate bowl. Next, add melted chocolate and butter and combine well.
2. Step
Line a 21 cm diameter round pan with a detachable bottom with baking paper and pour the prepared mixture. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
3. Step
When the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before removing it from the pan. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
4. Step
Before serving, beat the whipping cream and instant coffee with a mixer and spoon it onto the cake. Arrange fresh raspberries and mint leaves over the whipped cream.
