Sponge:
6 eggs
150 g sugar
160 g Ground Plazma
85 g flour
1 sachet baking powder
Topping:
3 dl whipping cream
2,5 dl milk
1 dl sweetened condensed milk
Caramel:
200 g sugar
200 g whipping cream
150 g butter
Pinch of salt
1. Step
First, make the caramel. Melt 200g sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
2. Step
Gradually add whipping cream to the sugar, stirring constantly.
3. Step
Once the sugar and the whipping cream combine, add butter and salt, cook for a few more minutes until the butter is melted and the mixture comes to a boil.
4. Step
Put the mixture aside to cool.

Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
6. Step
Add Ground Plazma and flour mixed with baking powder and combine gently with a spatula.
7. Step
Pour the resulting mixture in a buttered and floured pan.
8. Step
Bake the sponge at 180 °C, 25-30 minutes.
9. Step
When the sponge is baked, pour over a cold mixture of milk, condensed milk and whipping cream, while the sponge is still hot.
10. Step
Leave the cake to absorb the topping for as long as possible, then coat with caramel as desired before serving.
