Chocolate plum cake

300 g flour
100g Ground Plazma
20g cocoa
1 sachet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250g kefir
130g sugar
3 eggs
15 pitted frozen plums
100 g dark chocolate
1. Step
Line a round baking mold with baking paper.
2. Step
In one bowl, combine flour, Ground Plazma, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
3. Step
In another bowl, mix kefir, sugar and eggs and whip them with a wire whisk until they combine.
4. Step
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and combine.
5. Step
Pour mixture into the baking mold.
6. Step
Cut the frozen plums in half, arrange them on the dough and press them in.
7. Step
Bake the cake at 180°C, for 40-45 minutes.
8. Step
Leave the baked cake to cool. Grate the dark chocolate over it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
