Chocolate Plazma chesecake

For the base:
300 g Ground Plazma
2 tablespoons cocoa
180 ml milk
125 melted butter
For the filling:
500 g cream cheese
500 ml whipping cream
150 g powdered sugar
300 g dark chocolate
10 g gelatin
For the ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
100 ml whipping cream
50 g Ground Plazma
Decoration:
Fresh strawberries
Mini Plazma
1. Step
Combine melted butter, Ground Plazma, cocoa and milk in a larger bowl.
2. Step
Pour the mixture for the base into a 26 cm diameter mold.
3. Step
Spread the base evenly across the bottom of the mold, then set it aside to cool.
4. Step
Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet.
5. Step
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over steam.
6. Step
Beat the whipping cream and then add powdered sugar and cream cheese.
7. Step
Continue beating until the cheese combines with the whipped cream.
8. Step
Dissolve the bloomed gelatin, then add it to the cream cheese mixture while stirring constantly.
9. Step
Add the melted chocolate slowly to the mixture while beating it with a mixer.

Onde the mixture is well-combined, pour it into the mold, spread evenly, and set it aside to cool.
11. Step
While the cheesecake is cooling, make the ganache by boiling the whipping cream, pouring it over the chocolate and mixing well until all the chocolate melts.
12. Step
Add Ground Plazma to the ganache, then let it cool at room temperature for at least another half an hour.
13. Step
Take the cheesecake out of the mold, pour the cooled ganache over it, decorate with fresh strawberries and Mini Plazma.
