Crust:
220 g butter
300 g Ground Plazma
Squeezed juice from 1 orange
Jam:
1 tablespoon of gelatine
300 g raspberries
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 vanilla bean
Whipped cream:
200 g cream cheese
250 g whipping cream
100 g Ground Plazma
Decoration:
50 g Ground Plazma
Fresh raspberries
1. Step
Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and let it sit.
2. Step
Put the raspberries, sugar and vanilla in a small saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, until you have a jam-like mixture.
3. Step
Add the melted gelatine to the jam, mix everything well and transfer to a clean container where it will cool to room temperature.
4. Step
Mix Ground Plazma and cooled butter in a multipurpose mixer so that you get a crumbly mixture. Add the orange juice, knead the dough and press it into a 24 cm diameter springform tart pan.
5. Step
Cover the bottom and sides evenly, then place the pan in the fridge for 45 minutes to allow the crust to set.
6. Step
Pour the raspberry jam onto the cooled crust and put it in the fridge to set completely.
7. Step
In the meantime, beat the cream cheese with a mixer while gradually adding the whipping cream to get a firm whipped cream. Finally, add Ground Plazma, mix well and pour into a decorating syringe.
8. Step
Take the mold out of the fridge and spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface of the tart. Decorate the tart with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with Ground Plazma.
9. Step
Your dessert is ready!
