Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 30 min.
Size: 15
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
DOUGH:
130 g flour
20 g cocoa powder
50 g Ground Plazma
½ sachet baking powder
100 g butter
100 g powdered sugar
2 eggs
200 ml kefir (or yogurt)
Vanilla extract
CREAM:
250 ml whipping cream
125 g cooking chocolate
2-3 tablespoons Ground Plazma
Decoration:
70 g Plazma Mini Mini
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Step
Pour the dry ingredients for the dough into a bowl and mix them well.
3. Step
In another bowl, beat the butter well with an electric mixer, then add powdered sugar, one egg at a time, kefir and vanilla extract.
4. Step
When everything is well mixed, reduce the speed of the mixer and slowly add the mixture of dry ingredients. Mix very briefly, i.e. stop mixing as soon as everything comes together nicely.
5. Step
Using an ice cream scoop, pour the dough into a muffin tin that you have previously lined with paper cups.
6. Step
Place the tin in the oven and bake for 16 minutes. When the cupcakes are baked, remove them from the oven and arrange them on a kitchen rack to cool.
7. Step
Heat the whipping cream to a boil. Put finely chopped chocolate into a separate bowl and pour the heated whipping cream over it. Mix everything well and let it cool to room temperature, then cover the bowl with transparent foil and put it in the fridge.
8. Step
When the cream mixture has completely cooled down, beat it with a mixer and add Ground Plazma.
9. Step
Decorate the cupcakes with the chocolate cream and Plazma Mini Mini.
10. Step
Your dessert is finished!
