Plazma peanut butter balls

150 g Ground Plazma
300 g peanut butter
100 g white chocolate
120 ml whipping cream
Glaze:
200 g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
50 g white chocolate
a little oil
1. Step
Pour the peanut butter, broken white chocolate and whipping cream into a saucepan. Put the pan over low heat for the ingredients to melt, remove it from the heat, add Ground Plazma and mix everything well.

Allow the resulting mixture to cool to room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for a short time to harden.

When the mixture has completely cooled and hardened, make balls, arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper and return to the refrigerator until you melt the dark chocolate over low heat.

Dip the balls in the melted chocolate, take them out with a fork and place them on baking paper for the glaze to set.
5. Step
When you've finished making the balls, put them back in the fridge for a bit. Melt the white chocolate with a little oil, over steam, then pour it into a pastry bag and decorate the balls.
