Poppy seed cake with white chocolate

200gr ground poppy seeds
200g sugar
2 tablespoons semolina
500ml milk
1 sachet vanilla sugar
150g butter
300 gr Ground Plazma
Ganache:
100gr white chocolate
50gr whipping cream
1. Step
Mix poppy seeds, sugar, semolina and milk in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. When the mixture thickens, add the butter and mix the emulsion well.
2. Step
Add Ground Plazma to the mixture and combine so that it becomes homogenous. Pour into a mold and leave to cool well.
3. Step
Make the ganache by mixing the white chocolate and whipping cream over very low heat in a saucepan.
4. Step
Take the mixture out of the mold and coat with the ganache.
