Lava Plazma Cake

240 g cooking chocolate
190 g butter
4 eggs
120 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
40 g flour
80 g Ground Plazma
A bit of cocoa (to sprinkle the mold)
whipping cream
100 g fresh currants
1. Step
Melt the cooking chocolate and 170 g of butter over steam and leave to cool.
2. Step
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer, then add sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the melted chocolate with butter. Add flour and 60g of Ground Plazma, and combine everything well with a mixing spoon.
3. Step
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
4. Step
Grease 6 bowls of a 9 cm diameter and a 4.5 cm height with the remaining butter and sprinkle with cocoa. Pour the mixture into the bowls so that the top 1/3 remains empty, then put the bowls in the oven for 12 minutes.
5. Step
Take the baked cakes out of the oven and leave them to cool for 5 minutes, then run a knife around the edges and carefully turn them over onto plates.
6. Step
Decorate the cakes with whipped cream and berries and sprinkle them with the remaining Ground Plazma.

Your dessert is finished!
