Plazma bean cookies

Ingredients:
220 gr sugar
75 ml water
125 gr butter
100 gr chocolate
100 gr ground walnuts
100 gr Ground Plazma
1 teaspoon black coffee
Icing:
150 gr milk chocolate / dark chocolate
2 tablespoons oil
1. Step
Make a syrup from sugar and water, bring to a boil, while stirring, to dissolve the sugar crystals. Remove the saucepan from heat and add butter and chocolate.
2. Step
When it has melted and combined, add coffee, ground walnuts and Plazma. Mix well and let the mixture cool and harden. About half an hour in the fridge is sufficient.
3. Step
Form little balls, 15 g each. Press the balls in the middle with a toothpick to get the shape of a coffee bean.
4. Step
Add two spoons of oil to the melted and cooled chocolate, then coat each bean in the chocolate. Remove the excess chocolate onto baking paper so that the beans do not stick to each other after setting.
5. Step
Your dessert is finished!
