Plazma Blueberry Tiramisu

CREAM:
500 ml whipping cream
30 g powdered sugar
500 g Mascarpone cheese
SYRUP:
300 g farmed blueberries (small)
120 g sugar
60 ml cold water
3 tablespoons starch
BISCUIT:
300 g Plazma
150 ml milk
Decoration:
Toasted almond flakes
1. Step
Beat the whipping cream into whipped cream with an electric mixer. Add the sugar and Mascarpone cheese and beat a little more until Mascarpone becomes creamy. Place this cream in the refrigerator until you prepare the blueberry syrup.
2. Step
Pour the blueberries, sugar and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat to the minimum and let them simmer for another 20 minutes.
3. Step
Pour the starch and a little cold water into a small bowl and dissolve it well. Add the dissolved starch to the blueberry syrup and stir until the syrup thickens slightly, then remove from heat to cool.
4. Step
Heat the milk, dip Plazma biscuits into it and arrange them on the bottom of a pan. Spread the first layer of cream and half of the blueberry syrup. On top, apply another layer of Plazma dipped in milk, then the rest of the blueberry syrup and another layer of cream.
5. Step
Sprinkle the tiramisu with almond flakes and leave in the refrigerator until serving.
6. Step
Your dessert is finished!
