Plazma balls with dates and coconut

Balls:
300 g fresh dates (pitted)
50 g coconut
50 g Ground Plazma
Glaze:
150 g dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1. Step
Blend the dates in a multipurpose blender to make a paste, then transfer them to the bowl in which you’d mixed Ground Plazma and coconut. Mix everything well and make balls.
2. Step
Arrange the balls on a tray lined with baking paper, then put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
3. Step
Break 130g of dark chocolate into a small saucepan, add oil, then put over low heat to melt the chocolate.
4. Step
Remove from the heat and add the remaining 20 g of dark chocolate.
5. Step
Wait for it to melt, then dip the balls with a fork and arrange them on baking paper, and immediately sprinkle with Ground Plazma and coconut.
6. Step
Your dessert is ready!
