Chocolate truffles with crunchy Plazma

Ingredients:
200 ml whipping cream
200 g dark chocolate
30 g butter
200 g sugar
70 g Ground Plazma
30 g cocoa
1. Step
Pour the whipping cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Take it off the heat and add the broken chocolate and butter and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Step
Mix everything well to get a smooth and thick mixture, and let it cool down to room temperature.
3. Step
Spread Ground Plazma in a thin layer on greaseproof baking paper. Gradually melt the sugar over low heat, then pour it over Ground Plazma.
4. Step
Lift the ends of the paper to coat the sugar in Ground Plazma. Allow the sugar to harden, then break it into pieces and put them in a blender briefly to make small candy-like pieces.
5. Step
Add pieces of sugar-coated Plazma to the previously cooled mixture with chocolate, mix and put in the refrigerator to set.
6. Step
When it has completely cooled, take it out of the fridge and scoop out the sticky mixture with a spoon and form balls with wet palms, then roll them in cocoa.
7. Step
Your dessert is ready!
