Plazma kouglof

Ingredients:
2 eggs
160 g crystal sugar
300 g Ground Plazma
100 g ground hazelnuts
2 apples
150 ml oil
180 ml milk
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1/2 sachet baking powder
Glaze:
200 g milk chocolate
40 ml oil
1. Step
Separate the yolks from the whites.
2. Step
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, oil and baking powder.
3. Step
Peel and grate the apples, then add to the mixture while mixing with a mixer.
4. Step
Add ground hazelnuts and Ground Plazma.
5. Step
Mix with a mixer and add milk gradually.
6. Step
Grease a kouglof mold with oil.
7. Step
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 °C.
8. Step
Leave the cake to cool in the mold, then transfer onto a serving tray.
9. Step
Melt the oil and chocolate for the glaze and pour over the cake.
10. Step
Decorate as desired with grated chocolate and Ground Plazma.
