Chocolate Plazma dessert with sour cherries

150 g frozen sour cherries (pitted)
3 tablespoons of sugar
Crunchy layer:
125 g Ground Plazma
50 g butter
Creamy layer:
250 g cream cheese
50 g powdered sugar
100 g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
250 ml whipping cream
1. Step
Take the cream cheese out ot the refrigerator and let it warm up to room temperature.
2. Step
Pour cherries and sugar into a saucepan and let them cook until you get a thin sauce. Remove the topping from the heat and let it cool completely.
3. Step
In a separate bowl, mix Ground Plazma and butter. Mix until the mixture starts to resemble wet sand.
4. Step
Melt the chocolate over steam and leave it to cool.
5. Step
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar, then gradually add the melted chocolate and mix well.
6. Step
In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until you get thinner whipped cream, then gently combine it with the cream cheese mixture.
7. Step
Alternately pour the crispy and then the creamy layer in glasses. Finally, pour the fruit topping over the dessert.

Your dessert is ready!
