Crumble with Plazma and red fruit

Fruit base:
1 kg red fruit (500 g strawberries, 250 g raspberries and 250 g blueberries)
100 g sugar
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Squeezed juice of 1 lemon
Grated lemon zest of 1 lemon
Topping:
100 g brown sugar
50 g Ground Plazma
50 g oat flakes
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
100 g butter cut into cubes
Decoration:
vanilla ice cream
30 g Ground Plazma
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
Mix the ingredients for the fruit base and pour them into a baking dish (instead of one large one, you can have 6 smaller dishes with a diameter of 13 cm).
3. Step
Prepare the topping by pouring the ingredients into a bowl and mash with your fingers until you have a crumbly mixture that you will sprinkle over the fruit.
4. Step
Put the crumble in the oven for 20-30 minutes, that is, until the fruit starts to "boil". Make sure that your topping doesn’t burn, because sometimes the fruit needs more time to "boil" if the layer is thicker.

Serve the crumble hot with vanilla ice cream sprinkled with Ground Plazma.
