Coffee Plazma Roll

6 eggs
150 g sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
60 g Ground Plazma
100 g Ricotta cheese
150 g Mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 g powdered sugar
Cocoa for sprinkling
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
Line a tray with baking paper.
3. Step
Beat the eggs and sugar well for 6-8 minutes or until the volume triples in size. Add coffee and mix everything well. Add Plazma gradually and mix well.
4. Step
Pour the mixture in the prepared tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
5. Step
Transfer the baked sponge onto a clean kitchen towel. Peel of the baking paper and wrap the sponge in a kitchen towel. Leave it aside to cool.
6. Step
To make the filling, put Ricotta, Mascarpone, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer.
7. Step
Unwrap the sponge and spread the filling. Roll the sponge again.
8. Step
Sprinkle with cocoa and decorate as desired.
9. Step
Your dessert is finished!
