Baked Plazma cheesecake

150 g butter
250 g Ground Plazma
400 g white chocolate
90 ml milk
600 g cream cheese
3 eggs
180 g crystal sugar
Decoration:
50 g Ground Plazma
200 g strawberries
100 g blueberries
Mint leaves
1. Step
Prepare a lined baking tray and place a round 21-23cm lined mold on it.
2. Step
Melt the butter and mix with Ground Plazma, combine and form a crust in the mold.
3. Step
Crush white chocolate in a deep bowl.
4. Step
Heat the milk, pour over the chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
5. Step
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar, add cream cheese and mix well with a spatula so that there are no lumps. Do not mix with a wire whisk otherwise it can turn too liquid.
6. Step
Once you have combined cream cheese, eggs and sugar, add melted chocolate and mix.
7. Step
Pour the mixture over the crust and sprinkle Plazma evenly.
8. Step
Bake for around 40 minutes at 180 °C until the cake turns dark golden.
9. Step
Leave it in the mold to cool for a few hours.
10. Step
Cut the cake and decorate with strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves before serving.

Your cheesecake is ready!
