Plazma cups with Mint
Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 30 min. + 1 h for cooling
Size: 6
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
200 g Ground Plazma
75 g cornflakes
75 g coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts
150 g butter
4–5 tablespoons milk
Filling:
250 ml whipping cream
200 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
20 g butter
1 teaspoon mint flavoring
Decoration:
fresh mint leaves
1. Step
Take butter out of the refrigerator to allow it to soften. Prepare a muffin tin by buttering the molds. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
Crush cornflakes in a bowl. Add Ground Plazma and hazelnuts and mix everything. Add melted butter and milk and mix everything well to get a homogeneous mixture. Line the baking molds with this mixture to form shallow cups. Put the cups in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then take them out and let them cool down slightly. After 10-15 minutes, carefully remove them from the baking tin and let them cool completely.
3. Step
Pour whipping cream into a saucepan and heat it up until just before the boiling point (it must not boil). Add butter and crushed chocolate, then remove from heat and stir until everything is melted and combined, i.e. until you get a smooth chocolate mixture. Add mint flavor and mix well again. Leave the ganache to cool slightly, then pour into the cups and let it set completely.
4. Step
Decorate the finished cups with fresh mint leaves.
5. Step
Your dessert is finished!
