Ingredients:

100 gr finely chopped hazelnuts

100 gr finely chopped almonds

100 gr Ground Plazma

125 gr butter

200 gr sugar

75 ml whipping cream

2 tablespoons honey

200 gr chocolate

Icing:

50 gr milk chocolate

1. Step

Put the butter in a saucepan and wait for it to melt over low temperature, add sugar to it, then increase the temperature slightly while stirring constantly so that the sugar crystals melt. Next, add unwhipped cream and honey, stir, add chocolate, mix until everything melts completely.

2. Step

Remove from heat, then add Ground Plazma, hazelnuts and almonds. Mix and pour into a mold that you previously lined with plastic wrap (The amount of the mixture is enough for two molds of this type, so you can also halve it)

3. Step

Leave it in the fridge for a few hours to harden, then gently remove from the mold and cover with melted milk chocolate.
