Dough:
320 g flour
20 g yeast
3 egg yolks
200 ml milk
80 g crystal sugar
50 ml oil
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Filling:
100 ml oil
100 g crystal sugar
3 egg yolks
200 g sour cream
200 g Ground Plazma
1. Step
First, prepare the dough. Put yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour in lukewarm milk. Leave the yeast for 10 min to rise.
2. Step
In a large bowl, combine egg yolks, the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar and oil.
3. Step
Add the risen yeast and flour to this mixture and knead the dough.

Leave the kneaded dough to rise for an hour.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by combining all the necessary ingredients.

Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface into a 50x50cm rectangle.

Spread the filling over the dough and roll up

8. Transfer onto a baking tray and coat with oil.

Leave it to rise for 30 minutes and then bake for 35 minutes at 200°C. Halfway through baking, cover the strudel with baking paper.

Sprinkle the baked strudel with powdered sugar before serving.
