Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
400 g soft flour
a pinch of salt
1 egg
50 g butter
30 g fresh yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
200 ml milk
Filling:
50 g butter
70 g Ground Plazma
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Frosting:
40 g butter
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Decoration:
30 g Ground Plazma
1. Step
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl, make a hole in the middle and pour in the egg, melted butter, yeast, sugar and warm milk. Knead the dough gently. If necessary, add more flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place.
2. Step
When the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle 30 by 50 cm and brush with melted butter.
3. Step
Sprinkle Ground Plazma and a little cinnamon over the dough, then roll it, starting with the long side. Cut the log into 12 parts.
4. Step
Mix melted butter and powdered sugar in a cup. If the frosting is too thick, add a little milk.
5. Step
Line a 27 cm round pan with baking paper. Arrange the rolls to form a flower and leave them to rise for about 30 minutes.
6. Step
Place the pan into a preheated oven at 220 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, i.e. until the rolls are golden brown.
7. Step
Take the pan out of the oven and drizzle the sweet butter frosting over the rolls, then sprinkle them with Ground Plazma. Serve with cold milk.
