1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling:
1,5 kg sour apples (Granny Smith, Ajdara)
8 tablespoons sugar
grated zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice
15 g butter
Decoration:
Powdered sugar

In a medium-sized bowl, mix flour, Ground Plazma, cinnamon and baking powder.

10. Step
Peel off the paper and put the pie in the oven to bake for 40-45 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then cut it into cubes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Your dessert is ready!
