Pear Cobbler
Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 60 min.
Size: 6
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
6 small pears
150 g fresh blackberries
grated zest and freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons honey
100 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
90 g Ground Plazma
50 g butter
2 eggs
100 ml milk
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the pears, cut them in half and remove the seeds, then cut each half into 4 slices.
2. Step
Put pears, blackberries, lemon zest, lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey in a medium-sized tin baking pan. Mix everything well and bake in the oven for 15 minutes for the pears to become soft.
3. Step
While the fruit is baking, prepare the dough by putting flour, baking powder and Ground Plazma into a multipurpose blender. Blend briefly to combine the ingredients, then add cubed butter and continue blending until you have a crumbly mixture. Add milk, eggs and 2 tablespoons of honey and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
4. Step
Take the baked fruit out of the oven, remove one third of the fruit from the pan and leave it aside. Spread the dough evenly over the fruit in the pan, then arrange the third of the fruit that you set aside on top. Return the pan to the oven and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, i.e. until it is a nice golden brown shade.
5. Step
Serve the cake with ice cream or whipped cream.
6. Step
Your dessert is finished!
