Banana Bread

Ingredients:
150 g Ground Plazma
60 g of brown sugar
30 g of cocoa powder
half a teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
half a small bag of baking powder
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
A good pinch of Himalayan salts
3 super ripe bananas
2 larger eggs
100 ml of olive oil
vanilla flavour
100 g of chocolate drops (or chopped dark chocolate)
bananas cut in half lengthwise (optional)
Decoration:
sweet-sour cream
a little honey
Ground Plazma
1. Step
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl, that is Ground Plazma, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mash three bananas, add eggs and oil, and mix everything well.
2. Step
Join wet and dry ingredients, and mix gently, also add chocolate drops and pour the mixture into an iron pan, previously greased.
3. Step
Put two bananas cut lengthwise on top.
4. Step
Preheat the oven to 180⁰C, put the pan in the oven and bake for about thirty minutes, i.e. until a toothpick which you poke in the middle comes out dry (not counting melted chocolate drops). Wait for the cake cool, then serve with whipped sweet-sour cream, a little honey and Ground Plazma

Your dessert is finished!
