Plazma baklava

Phyllo dough sheets 500g
300 g Ground Plazma
150 g ground hazelnuts
250 g melted butter
100ml whipping cream
500 g sugar
500 ml water
Lemon
1. Step
Put 400g sugar and 500ml water to cook over medium heat.
2. Step
Once the syrup comes to a boil add one sliced lemon and cook for another 10 minutes. Leave the syrup aside to cool.
3. Step
Combine Ground Plazma, ground hazelnuts, sugar and 100g butter.
4. Step
Mix the rest of the butter with whipping cream.
5. Step
Spread a mixture of butter and whipping cream over the first dough sheet, then place another sheet on top. Spread the same mixture over the second sheet and sprinkle with the Plazma mixture.
6. Step
Repeat until you have used all the sheets.
7. Step
Cut the baklava as desired before baking, then coat with the rest of the butter and whipping cream mixture.
8. Step
Bake the baklava at 180 °C 30-40 minutes, until it turns golden yellow.
9. Step
Pour the cold sugar syrup over the hot baklava.
