Chocolate Plazma buns

Dough:
300ml lukewarm milk
10gr dry yeast
1 egg + 2 egg yolks
5 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
100 gr butter
A pinch of salt
Lemon zest to taste
about 700 gr flour + 50gr melted butter for brushing the pastry before baking
Filling:
300g hazelnuts
120g Ground Plazma
1. Step
Knead the dough and leave it in a bowl coated with a thin layer of butter to rise for 1 hour, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a cloth.
2. Step
While waiting for the dough to rise, you can prepare the filling by mixing Plazma and hazelnut cream.
3. Step
Divide the fermented dough into balls the size of an orange, then flatten each one in the palm of your hand and fill with the filling to taste, and also fill it by using a pastry bag with a metal tip after baking.
4. Step
The baking sheet should be lined with butter and each ball should be coated with melted butter. When all buns are arranged, leave them in the tray to rise for another 20 minutes, and bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated oven.

When the buns are baked, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with cream.
