Vegan Plazma chocolate cake

200 gr Vegan Plazma
200 gr cooking chocolate
100 gr margarine
140ml almond milk
6 tablespoons sugar
100 gr roasted, ground hazelnuts
50 gr coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa
1. Step
Crush Vegan Plazma in a bowl, add the hazelnuts and coconut, then mix everything.
2. Step
Cook almond milk, sugar, diced margarine and crushed chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally so that everything melts. When it melts, wait for it to boil and immediately pour over the mixture of Vegan Plazma, coconut and hazelnuts.
3. Step
Mix well and place in a small mold (about 20x20cm), lined with baking paper. When the mixture is evenly spread over the mold, try to make the surface as flat as possible.
4. Step
Cool the cake for at least 2 hours. Before cutting, take it out of the fridge and let it rest for 10 minutes, then cut into the desired shape and serve.
