Vegan Plazma fruit cake

Ingredients:
1.5kg sour apples
160g sugar
2 packets vanilla pudding
160g margarine
600g Vegan Plazma
For decorating:
2 packets whipping cream powder
1. Step
Wash, peel and grate the apples.
2. Step
Mix 1l of water with sugar, put over high heat and let it boil.
3. Step
Boil the apples for 4-5 minutes, strain them and keep the liquid, leave the apples aside to cool.
4. Step
Cook 2 vanilla puddings in the water you used for boiling the apples, when it cools beat with margarine until frothy, then cool the filling.
5. Step
Alternately arrange Vegan Plazma, apples, filling, then repeat the process and finish with Vegan Plazma.
6. Step
Leave the cake to set for one hour and decorate with vegan whipped cream.
7. Step
Your dessert is finished!
