Plazma pumpkin cake

Ingredients:
400 g pumpkin
200 g Ground Vegan Plazma
150 g flour
150 g chopped walnuts
100 g crystal sugar
½ sachet of baking soda
1 sachet of cinnamon
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
200 g margarine
200 ml plant-based whipping cream
1. Step
Line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Step
Clean and grate the pumpkin.
3. Step
Combine the pumpkin, sugars, cinnamon and chopped walnuts in a larger bowl.
4. Step
Add flour, baking soda and Vegan Ground Plazma. Mix well.
5. Step
Melt margarine and put it in a bowl.
6. Step
Combine all of the ingredients with a spatula.
7. Step
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C. Leave the cake to cool.
8. Step
Before serving, decorate with plant-based whipped cream and sprinkle with Ground Vegan Plazma.
