Ingredients:

1kg Vegan Plazma

300 gr cooking chocolate

6 tablespoons oil

Filling I:

1l orange juice

3 packets vanilla pudding

3 tablespoons sugar

200 gr margarine

100 gr powdered sugar

Filling II:

400g frozen strawberries

400 ml water

2 packets strawberry pudding

8 tablespoons sugar

50g margarine

Mix the vanilla pudding powder and sugar with 200 ml of juice, and bring the rest of the juice to a boil. Pour the pudding mixture slowly into the boiled juice and cook while stirring until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, cover with foil and leave to cool.

Add 5 tablespoons of sugar and 200 ml of water to the strawberries. Bring to a boil, then blend with a hand blender and let it boil for another 2 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.

In the meantime, mix the strawberry pudding with the rest of the sugar and 200 ml of water, pour into the raspberry or strawberry mash and cook. When it thickens, add 50 g of margarine, stir until it melts, then remove from heat.

While waiting for the fillings to cool, divide Vegan Plazma into 4 parts, melt the chocolate with oil and mix – it should have a thin texture, and you should be able to spread it easily over Vegan Plazma and have enough for all 4 layers. (if the chocolate thickens, heat it again)

Arrange the first layer of Vegan Plazma in a desired shape, then cover with chocolate and let it harden.

Mix 200 g of margarine with powdered sugar until frothy, then add the cooled pudding with orange juice and beat everything.

Beat the strawberry filling with a mixer and it will soften into a workable texture.

Spread the orange and then raspberry filling over Vegan Plazma and again place a layer of Vegan Plazma on top, then cover with chocolate. Repeat the process until you have used up the last layer of Vegan Plazma, and also coat it with chocolate. Be sure to leave it to set overnight so that Vegan Plazma reaches a perfect texture.
