Vegan Plazma brownie cake

For the brownie:
360 g flour
180 g crystal sugar
80 g cocoa
1 sachet of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
220 ml water
150 g melted margarine
2 tablespoons of semolina
80 g Ground Vegan Plazma
For the filling:
500 g dark chocolate
500 ml vegan whipping cream
200 g Vegan Plazma
Decoration:
Powdered sugar
Broken Vegan Plazma
1. Step
Grease a round baking pan with a removable bottom with a little oil and sprinkle with some flour to prevent the brownie from sticking.
2. Step
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a larger bowl.
3. Step
Add cocoa, semolina, Ground Vegan Plazma and combine well.
4. Step
Add water and melted margarine and mix well until it is nicely combined.
5. Step
Pour into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.

While the brownie is baking prepare the chocolate ganache. Melt chocolate over steam.
7. Step
Heat the cream until it’s just about to boil, pour it over the chocolate and mix well.

Break Vegan Plazma into pieces and add it to the chocolate ganache. Leave it to cool to room temperature.
9. Step
Cut the cooled brownie into half so that you get two sponges. Fill the cake in the same pan where you baked the brownie.
10. Step
Place the first sponge in the pan, put half of the chocolate filling on top and spread evenly.
11. Step
Place the second sponge on top, spread the rest of the filling over it and leave it to cool.
12. Step
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and broken Vegan Plazma pieces.
