Vegan fantasy cake

Ingredients:
1l almond milk
130 g sugar
2 sachets vanilla sugar
120 g cornstarch
200 g margarine
120 g powdered sugar
150 g Ground Vegan Plazma
120 g coconut
170 g chopped walnuts
For the glaze:
100 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon honey
Decoration:
70g Ground Vegan Plazma

1. Step
Take out 250 ml of almond milk. In those 250 ml, dissolve the cornstarch and put the rest of the almond milk to cook with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Step
When it boils, add the dissolved cornstarch mixture, stir and cook until it boils again, cook the filling for a few minutes, stirring vigorously, then cover it with plastic wrap and let cool completely.
3. Step
Next, mix margarine and powdered sugar, and add this mixture to the cooled pudding. Beat everything well and divide the filling into 3 parts.
4. Step
Add Ground Vegan Plazma to one part of the filling, coconut to the second, and walnuts to the third. Mix each part well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
5. Step
In a 22 cm diameter mold, spread the fillings, first the Plazma filling, then the coconut, and finally the walnut filling and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
6. Step
Make the glaze by putting all the ingredients in a saucepan, stirring over medium heat until melted and combined.
7. Step
Slowly pour the glaze over the filling, return the cake to cool until the chocolate hardens, then decorate.
