Kadaif Plazma rolls

Ingredients:
300g kadaif
2 tablespoons vegan margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
Base for the filling:
1l almond milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 sachets vanilla sugar
125g margarine
Filling:
120g Ground Vegan Plazma
150g chopped walnuts
10g cinnamon
1. Step
Fry the kadaif, margarine and sugar in a pan, then transfer to a tray and flatten.
2. Step
Cook the filling base by heating milk and then mixing it with sugar, flour and vanilla sugar.
3. Step
Cook over low heat while stirring, for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, and when it cools down, combine with margarine.
4. Step
Cool completely, then spread evenly over the kadaif in the baking tray.
5. Step
When it has set, cut into long rectangles, sprinkle with a mixture of walnuts, cinnamon and Ground Vegan Plazma, then wrap the rolls.
6. Step
Your dessert is finished!
