Basic Information:

Ingredients:

250gr Ground Vegan Plazma

100gr chopped hazelnuts

100gr margarine

200gr caramels (vegan)

150ml almond oil

Frosting:

150gr white chocolate (surrogate - vegan)

2 teaspoons oil

1. Step

Mix Plazma and chopped hazelnuts in a bowl.

2. Step

Put almond milk, caramels and margarine in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the ingredients are completely melted.

3. Step

Combine the caramel mixture with the biscuit and mix until homogenous.

4. Step

Pour the mixture into a mold and let cool for about 2h.

5. Step

Melt the chocolate and oil over steam and coat the cake.
