Crispy Plazma Rolls

Ingredients:
1 egg
50 g sugar
100 g cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water (for closing rolls)
3 sheets filo dough
500 ml oil
50 g Ground Plazma
Sauce:
50 g cooking chocolate
50 ml unsweetened condensed milk or whipping cream
1. Step
In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg and sugar with a fork, add cream cheese and mix everything well.
2. Step
Mix cornstarch with water in a cup. Pour oil into a saucepan and heat it up well over moderate heat.
3. Step
Cut the filo pastry into 4 equal squares and place filling. Turn them so that the initial edges are facing you. Along that edge, place a spoonful of filling and half a spoonful of Ground Plazma, then quickly fold the edge opposite you and roll it a few times.
4. Step
After that, fold inward the edges lateral to you, and keep folding until you get a roll.
5. Step
Brush the end of the roll with a mixture of cornstarch and water to make it stick to the rest of the roll. You can fry several rolls at once, but make sure to turn them over while frying so that they get an even golden brown shade.
6. Step
After 2-3 minutes, take them out and place them on a paper towel or a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
7. Step
Pour condensed milk and crushed cooking chocolate into a small saucepan. Heat up, stirring constantly, over low heat until you get a thick, silky sauce. Pour the sauce into a glass and serve with crispy rolls.
