Plazma Semolina Cream

750 ml milk
80 g semolina
100 g Ground Plazma
100 g honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
350 ml whipping cream with 36% milk fat
Decoration:
whipped cream
1 bar dark chocolate
1. Step
Pour milk into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. When the milk has boiled, add semolina and cook it so that the mixture is thin.
2. Step
Remove from heat, add honey, vanilla powder and Ground Plazma, and mix everything well. Leave semolina to cool completely.
3. Step
Lightly beat whipping cream with a mixer so that it hardens slightly (it is preferable that it is still liquid).
4. Step
Slowly add cooled semolina to the cream.
5. Step
When these two are nicely combined, pour Semolina Cream into serving bowls. Pat it with a spoon and decorate with whipped cream, then leave in the refrigerator to cool completely. Before serving, decorate it with pieces of dark chocolate.

Your dessert is finished!
