Blueberry muffins

Ingredients:
200 g of flour
50 g of oatmeal
50 g of Ground Plazma
1 small bag of baking powder
a pinch of baking soda
100 g butter
100 g of sugar
2 eggs
200 ml of yogurt
Vanilla extract
150 g forest blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Sprinkle
50 g of Ground Plazma (2 full tablespoons)
1 tablespoon of sugar
20 g butter
1. Step
In a bowl, mix the flour, Ground Plazma, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda.
2. Step
In another bowl, whisk the butter at room temperature, then add sugar, then eggs, one at a time, and then yogurt and flavourings
3. Step
Add the dry ingredients to the moist ones, stir mildly just until combined, then add the blueberries and briefly stir. Distribute the dough evenly in tin muffin moulds with an ice cream scoop.
4. Step
Make a crispy sprinkle by mixing Ground Plazma, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the muffins with this mixture.
5. Step
Bake the muffins in the oven at 200 ⁰C for about twenty minutes i.e. until the toothpick stabbed in the middle of the dough comes out dry. Remove the muffins to the rack to cool, then serve.

Your dessert is finished!
