Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 30 min.
Size: 24
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
190 g of soft wheat flour
50 g of Ground Plazma
100 g of sugar
1½ teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
120 ml of buttermilk (120 ml of milk and 1 tsp lemon juice)
1 egg
1½ tablespoons oil
Topping:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of milk
food colouring as desired
mould coating oil
Decoration:
colourful crumbs
Ground Plazma
1. Step
Prepare the buttermilk first. Pour lemon juice into the milk and leave for about 5 minutes
2. Step
In a bowl, weigh the egg, buttermilk, salt, sugar, and Ground Plazma, flour, baking powder and oil. Mix all ingredients well with a whisk wire so that there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into a dressing bag with a round tip or in a freezer bag to which you have cut off the top.
3. Step
Turn on the donut machine to heat. Coat the well heated mould with oil.
4. Step
Squeeze the mixture for one donut after another into the mould and cover. Bake for 5 minutes, then lift the lid and extend the baking time if necessary.
5. Step
For the topping, add milk, spoon by spoon, and sugar powder until you get a thick but liquid mixture. Colour the mixture as desired. Dip each donut into the glaze, then arrange them on the rack until the excess glaze falls off. While the glaze is still moist, sprinkle the donuts with colourful crumbs or Ground Plazma.
6. Step
Your dessert is finished!
