Sand cake with Plazma and pistachios
Basic Information:
Preparation Time: 1h 30 min + 18h for cooling
Size: 6
Difficulty:
Ingredients:
3 vanilla pudding packets
150 g sugar
1l milk
250 g butter
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
100 g ground unsalted pistachios
220 g Ground Plazma
100 g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
Decoration:
250 ml whipping cream
fresh strawberries
1. Step
Pour the pudding mix into a bowl and mix with 100 ml of milk.
2. Step
Pour milk and sugar into a saucepan and put it to boil over moderate heat.
3. Step
When the milk boils, add the dissolved pudding mix. Cook it over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Pour the cooked pudding into a large bowl and cover with transparent foil so that a crust does not form while it cools.
4. Step
When it has cooled to room temperature, transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
5. Step
In a mixing bowl, mix the butter and powdered sugar until you get a frothy mixture, then gradually add the cooled pudding and mix everything well. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.
6. Step
Melt the dark chocolate over steam and leave it to cool a little. Add 200 g of Ground Plazma to the first portion of the pudding mixture, ground pistachios to the second, and melted dark chocolate and 20 g of Ground Plazma to the third.
7. Step
Take a mold with a removable bottom and line it with transparent foil. Pour the layer with Plazma on the bottom, the layer with pistachios over that, and finally the layer with chocolate. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator to set.
8. Step
Before serving, remove the cake from the mold and transfer it to a tray. Garnish with whipped cream and serve with fresh strawberries.
9. Step
Your dessert is ready!
