Plazma Ganache Cake

150 g Plazma
50 g Ground Plazma
200 g chopped walnuts
200 g dried apricots
270 ml whipping cream
300 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa

1. Step
Prepare a round 18 cm baking pan with removable bottom by covering it with plastic wrap.
2. Step
Chop the dried apricots into cubes.
3. Step
Crush Plazma into a large bowl and add Ground Plazma, chopped walnuts and chopped dried apricots.
4. Step
Pour whipping cream into a saucepan and heat it over moderate heat until just before the boiling point (do not boil). Add the crushed chocolate and butter to the cream, then remove from heat, let it sit for a few minutes, and then stir. Add this mixture to the bowl with the solid ingredients, mix everything well and pour it into the previously prepared pan.
5. Step
Place the pan in the refrigerator overnight. When the cake has set, take it out of the pan and decorate with whipped cream, Plazma and fresh strawberries.
