Rocky Road with Plazma pieces

1. Step

Chop the candies, if they are large, into pieces no bigger than 6-7 mm. Crush Plazma into pieces of different sizes. Do not crush it too much. Add chopped hazelnuts or almonds and coconut to the candies and Plazma, then mix everything lightly.

Prepare a smaller tray, measuring about 15 x 25 cm, and line it with baking paper.

3. Step

Over steam, melt both types of chocolate and condensed milk in the same bowl. The mixture will be very thick. Pour it immediately over the chopped ingredients and mix everything quickly and thoroughly. It is important to be quick because the chocolate mixture hardens quickly due to the condensed milk. Pour the thick sticky mixture into the prepared tray and spread it in an even layer with a wet spoon. Place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, then cut into cubes and serve.
