Tricolor Plazma

Crust:
50 g butter
50 g powdered sugar
150 g Ground Plazma
100 ml milk
Cream:
200 g egg yolks
100 g crystal sugar
80 ml milk
50 ml whipping cream
10 g gelatin
120 g dark chocolate
150 g milk chocolate
150 g white chocolate
100g Ground Plazma
800 ml whipping cream
Decoration:
fresh raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
1. Step
For the crust, beat the butter and powdered sugar until foamy. Add Plazma and milk, combine and then form a crust on the bottom of a 28cm mold.
2. Step
Prepare the gelatin by following the insructions on the packaging.
3. Step
Mix the egg yolks, sugar, milk and whipping cream and steam them, stirring constantly.
4. Step
Add the previously prepared gelatin to the cooked egg yolks, mix well and leave to cool for 30 min.
5. Step
While the egg yolks are cooling, melt all three chocolates in separate bowls and leave them for a couple of minutes to cool so that they are not hot.
6. Step
Beat the whipping cream up to 80%.
7. Step
Add the cooled egg yolks to the whipped cream, mix with a spatula, add Plazma and combine everything.
8. Step
Divide the cream into 3 equal parts and add one kind of chocolate into each part and combine.
9. Step
First put the dark chocolate cream on the formed crust, and put in the freezer for 10 min.
10. Step
Put the second, milk chocolate layer on top and leave in the freezer for 10 min.
11. Step
Repeat with the white chocolate layer.
12. Step
Place in the fridge to cool for a few hours.

Decorate with fresh fruit.
