Plazma baked cheesecake

180 g Ground Plazma
75 g butter
Filling:
600 g cream cheese
300 g Greek yogurt
90 g sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
200 g Ground Plazma
4 eggs
Decoration:
Whipping cream
30 g Ground Plazma
50 g milk chocolate
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
Line a 21cm cake mold with a removable bottom with baking paper. In a bowl, mix Ground Plazma and melted butter and press the resulting mixture into the bottom of the mold.
3. Step
In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt and sugar, then add flour, salt and Ground Plazma, and mix everything well. Reduce the speed of the mixer and add the eggs one at a time.
4. Step
Cover the Ground Plazma crust with the resulting mixture and put it in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
5. Step
When the cheesecake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
6. Step
Beat the whipping cream and decorate the cheesecake with it before serving. Sprinkle the cheesecake with Ground Plazma and decorate with a little milk chocolate.
