Plazma Raffaello cake

Cream:
1l milk
120 g starch
1 bottle vanilla aroma
300 g crystal sugar
300 g egg yolks
500 ml whipping cream
150 g Ground Plazma
100g coconut
Sponge:
10 egg whites
100 g sugar
150 g flour
100g Ground Plazma
50g ground almonds
1. Step
Mix egg yolks, sugar and starch in a large bowl.
2. Step
Boil the milk with vanilla, pour over the eggs and return to the saucepan to cook while stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
3. Step
Add Ground Plazma and coconut to the cooked cream.
4. Step
Combine the cream, cover with foil and leave to cool.
5. Step
Beat the egg whites and sugar until you get stiff peaks, then add Plazma, almonds, and flour and combine gently with a spatula.
6. Step
Divide the mixture into two parts and spread them evenly on two trays and bake for 10 min at 180 °C .
7. Step
Beat the cooled cream with whipping cream.
8. Step
Cut the cooled sponges in half so that you get 4 equal sponges.
9. Step
Spread 1/4 of the cream over the first sponge, place another sponge on top, and continue until you have used up all the sponges and all the cream.
10. Step
Decorate with whipped cream, fresh fruit and Ground Plazma as desired.
