Morning smoothie with oat flakes and Plazma

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
200-300 g strawberries
400 ml milk
1 handful of almonds
50 g oat flakes
50 g Ground Plazma
7 fresh dates (or as desired)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes
1. Step
Put peeled bananas, washed and cleaned strawberries, milk, almonds, dates (pitted), oat flakes, Ground Plazma, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk and ice cubes in a blender and blend everything well.
2. Step
Pour the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle some Ground Plazma on top, garnish with a few strawberries and mint leaves and serve.
3. Step
Your dessert is finished!
