Bircher Muesli Plazma

100g dried fruit mix (dates, apricots, figs)
200g ground roast almons
200g ground roast walnut
200g ground oat flakes
200g ground Plazma
To serve:
4-5 tablespoons of muesli bircher Plazma
½ cup of raspberries
1 cup of almond milk (or yogurt or cow milk)
Fresh fruit
Chia seeds
Plazma bits
1. Step
Chop the dried fruit into small pieces and blend it with other muesli ingredients.
2. Step
Put the mix in a glass jar and store in a dry place.
3. Step
For a delicious meal, mix muesli bircher Plazma with the suggested beverage or yogurt and tune the density to your own taste. Garnish with fresh fruit, chia seeds, and bits of Plazma.
4. Step
Your dessert is finished!
